The 15th edition of the U.S. News Best Diets is here!

This year marks a major shift. Instead of simply ranking diets, the focus has moved to rating them—offering a more comprehensive look at 38 diets across 21 categories.

What’s exciting about this year’s report is the emphasis on the evolving role of healthy eating. It’s no longer just about weight loss but about promoting overall well-being and preventing chronic diseases.

New categories have been added to reflect this broader focus, including diets tailored for brain health, menopause, mental health, and more. Additionally, 13 newly evaluated diets are part of this edition, offering even more options to explore.
